Bio

Ms. Arakawa founded AMC Advisors, Co., Ltd in 2012. She had been an Executive Director at CB Richard Ellis K.K/CBRE K.K. where she lead development and coordination of CBRE’s client relationships as well as business opportunities, including cross-border transactions and/or business flows, beyond clients’ industries and countries. Prior her joining CBRE, Ms. Arakawa was the Head of Underwriting at Deutsche Bank Group (DBG)/ Commercial Real Estate Japan (CREJ). She was responsible to supervise underwriting of real estate for the purpose of financing, securitization, and investment as well as monitoring existing loan/ making disposition plan of assets. She was also an underwriter at Credit Suisse First Boston Principal Investments, Ltd. Ms. Arakawa also has appraisal and consulting experience at HIRO & Associates, Inc., a leading Japanese real estate valuation and consulting firm, after 5 years’ experience at Long Term Credit Bank Research & Consulting, Inc. Ms. Arakawa earned MS in Real Estate from New York University.
